Ownership#
Customers hold balances in their own wallets.
A customer can inspect tokenized loyalty balances, transfer them when the brand allows it, and redeem them through the brand-defined flow.
Expiry#
Expiry is encoded at the reward bucket level, so wallets and marketplaces can show whether a balance is non-expiring or has a specific expiration timestamp.
