A customer can inspect tokenized loyalty balances, transfer them when the brand allows it, and add them back into the brand app through the brand-defined flow.

Expiry is encoded at the reward bucket level, so wallets and marketplaces can show whether a balance is non-expiring or has a specific expiration timestamp.
