Customers

Customers can view their wallet balances, send points to someone else, or convert valid tokens back into points through the brand’s app. New programs allow transfers without an issuer-operated pause. Expiry and any legacy contract restrictions still apply.

Expiry is encoded at the reward bucket level, so wallets and marketplaces can show whether a balance is non-expiring or has a specific expiration timestamp.
